These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sweet Phonics mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”), operated by M75 LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Sweet Phonics is a phonics-based reading education application designed for children ages 3–6. The app provides structured lessons, activities, and progress tracking to help children learn to read through systematic synthetic phonics.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
  • The app is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Only parents or guardians may create accounts and child profiles.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service without our written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service - including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, curriculum content, and software - are owned by M75 LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing details will be presented to you before purchase. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. While our curriculum is based on established reading science, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes for any individual child.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M75 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
